Camp Liberty: the setting for your challenge

Camp Liberty is a veteran-owned and operated, 75-acre campus in Battleground, Cullman County, Alabama. Depending on the approved program, groups may use the military-style obstacle course, fitness fields, half-mile track, rappelling facilities, pool, classrooms, dining areas and specialized training spaces. All activities depend on staffing, supervision, weather and safety approval.

Shared on-campus lodging and meals are included in every program. Private rooms, cabins and individual lodging upgrades are not offered. Adulting Boot Camp primarily uses Independence Lodge for lodging. STOP-C and Patriot’s use the Forward Operating Base (FOB) as their primary training location. Group lodging assignments are confirmed in the joining instructions.

Enrollment and payment through Camp Liberty

Leadership beyond job titles

Corporate programs can include rotating scenario-based leadership assignments, obstacle-course and team challenges, communication exercises, introductory self-defense and optional supervised water-confidence activities. Activities are adapted to the group rather than intended to train military personnel. Programs may combine team-building, meeting spaces, lodging and meals; all specifics are developed with the company, church, club or other organizational representative.

Experiential leadership beyond the conference room

Corporate Boot Camp Challenge! uses the same military-style team-development approach adapted to the needs of the organization. Potential learning objectives include decision-making under pressure, emotional intelligence, conflict management, communication, trust across different roles, risk awareness, and collaborative problem-solving.

Camp Liberty can build a practical program around the organization's goals and participants' capabilities. Activities, duration, staffing, lodging, meals and costs are determined through direct consultation with the company leader or event organizer; final arrangements are confirmed directly with Camp Liberty.
